What We Believe About God
God is the Creator and Ruler of the universe. God is actively in control of the universe and through a conscious effort of His will maintains our existence. God has eternally existed in three persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. These are three co-equal aspects of the one true God.

What We Believe About Jesus Christ
Jesus Christ is the Son of God and is co-equal with the Father and Holy Spirit. Jesus is God made human to demonstrate God's love for His creation of humanity. He lived a sinless life on earth and offered Himself as the perfect sacrifice for the sins of all people by dying on the cross. He arose from the dead after three days to prove His power over sin and death. He ascended to Heaven's glory and is now seated at the right hand of the Father and is humanity's mediator with God. Jesus Christ will soon return to earth and reign as King of Kings and Lord of Lords.

What We Believe About the Holy Spirit
The Holy Spirit is co-equal with the Father and the Son of God. He is present in the world to make men aware of their need for Jesus Christ as Savior. He also resides in every Christian from the moment they accept Jesus as their salvation from sin and death. The Holy Spirit provides the Christian with power for living, understanding of spiritual truth, and guidance in doing what is right. He gives every believer in Christ a spiritual gift when they are saved. As Christians we seek to live under His control in our daily lives.

What We Believe About the Bible
The Bible is God's Word to us. It was written by human authors, under the guidance of the Holy Spirit. The Bible is the supreme source of truth for Christian beliefs and living. Because it is inspired by God, it is truth without error.

What We Believe About Human Beings
Human beings are the ultimate point of God's creation. People are made in the spiritual image of God and are created to be like Him in character. Although every person has tremendous potential for good, all of us are marred by an attitude of disobedience toward God. This disobedience is called "sin". Sin separates us from God and causes only problems in our lives. Because of this separation from God we miss the point of our existence.

What We Believe About Salvation
Sin separates us from God and the ultimate penalty for sin is death. We all need deliverance from our sin. Salvation is God's free offer of forgiveness for our sin, but it must be accepted. We can never make up for our sin by self-improvement or good deeds. The only way to be delivered from sin is by trusting in Jesus Christ as our salvation. When we turn from our self-ruled life of disobedience and turn, in faith, to Jesus Christ and ask Him to rule our life we receive salvation from the penalty of our sin. God accounts our faith in His Son as obedience and no longer sees us as a disobedient creation, but as His adopted sons and daughters. Eternal life begins the moment we accept, by faith, Jesus Christ as our salvation.

What We Believe About Eternal Security
Because God freely gives us eternal life through Jesus Christ, the true believer is secure in that salvaion for eternity. Just as we cannot save ourselves through self-effort, we cannot maintain our salvation through self-effort. Our salvation is held by the grace and power of an Almigty God. It is this grace and keeping power that gives us eternal security of our salvation.

What We Believe About Eternity
People are created to exist forever and our souls will exist eternally after the death of our physical bodies. If we accept God's offer of salvation and forgiveness through faith in Jesus Christ, then death is a transition from physical life to eternal life and union with God. If we die without accepting God's free offer of salvation and forgiveness then we will remain separated from God through all eternity. Hell is eternal death and separation from God. Heaven is eternal life and union with God. Heaven and Hell are actual physical places of existence.

I am the resurrection and the life.
                          He who believes in Me,
though he may die, he shall live."
                                                                                          John 11:25
